KTZ management met with railway workers of the Mangistau hub

During a working trip to the Mangistau region, KTZ management inspected key infrastructure enterprises, checked the working conditions of employees and the preparation of farms for winter.

They visited the facilities of the Temirzholsu branch, the Mangistau power supply section. The availability and condition of the necessary inventory, materials, the readiness of equipment for emergency work and other economic tasks of the recovery train at the Mangistau station were checked.

At the Beineu station, the company's management met with the teams of the technical inspection point of the Mangistau operational wagon depot and the track section. New equipment and small-scale mechanization tools received by the enterprises were inspected. The workers noted that active updating is underway. However, questions were raised about the quality of the jacks and the need to supply some spare parts and service the issued vehicles. Due to the fact that similar issues were also at other enterprises, it was ordered to replace the jacks and consider the issue of replacing the suppliers of this equipment. The issues of concern to the railway workers regarding working conditions, special clothing, wages, and the implementation of the clauses of the collective agreement were discussed in detail.

The company's management supported the workers regarding improving the quality of special clothing. Instructions were given to carry out appropriate work with the contractor with the involvement of the workforce. All issues were taken under special control.

At the traditional general meeting with the teams of enterprises, the management of KTZ thanked the railway workers of the Mangistau hub for their work and wished them success in their work. Veterans of the industry and the best railway workers who made a significant contribution to the development of the company and showed high results in their work were awarded anniversary medals for the 120th anniversary of the Kazakhstan railway.
