KTZ keeps the cost of train tickets at the same level

During the flood, the cost of tickets for Passenger Transportation JSC trains did not increase and will remain at the same level.

Thus, the cost of travel on trains between Uralsk and Kyzylorda in compartment cars is 13915 tenge, and in reserved seat cars - 9216 tenge. Travel on trains in the direction Atyrau-Astana-Karagandy costs 18114 tenge in a compartment and 11898 tenge in a reserved seat.

Moreover, KTZ transported 13 thousand people from flood-prone areas of the country free of charge. Including 10 thousand people were transported along the Atyrau-Kulsary-Makat and Atyrau-Kulsary-Mangistau routes.

About 2.7 thousand personnel of the National Guard and the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan were also transported. Humanitarian aid is delivered by baggage cars.

From April 13, the national carrier will schedule additional trains on the routes Uralsk-Kyzylorda, Atyrau-Astana-Karagandy and Atyrau-Almaty. Additional trailer cars have been added to passenger trains in the Astana-Atyrau-Astana direction. This will allow an additional 2 thousand passengers to be transported.
