Starting from December 13, the region experienced increased winds of up to 50 m/sec, snowstorms, almost zero visibility, and a sharp drop in air temperature.

KTZ has created an operational headquarters with the participation of all involved services to coordinate the movement of trains in emergency situations. Due to unfavorable weather conditions and to ensure traffic safety on railway sections of the region, a decision was made to set train speed limits. Freight trains going in this direction have been temporarily delayed. Priority is given to the passage of passenger trains. There is difficulty in the movement of passenger trains. We are working on our own to clean the railway tracks. In the period from December 13 to 15 this year. 2,232 people, 9 units of snow removal equipment were involved in the fight against snow and more than 11,250 cubic meters were removed
