На объектах КТЖ продолжаются проверки готовности служб к пожарам

Train stations, firefighting trains, stations and offices of all KTZ structures were checked for compliance with fire safety requirements. Last week, 138 inspections and unscheduled fire drills and training were carried out. Evacuation routes and exits were checked, the serviceability of fire extinguishing equipment, fire alarm systems, fire extinguishing systems were checked, and personnel actions in case of fire were practiced.

Checks have shown that railway firefighters are ready to work during the upcoming New Year holidays. On the KTZ network, 47 fire trains and four fire stations at the Altynkol, Koskol, Shubarkol and Tassay stations operate in constant readiness.

During the week, inspections of compliance with fire safety requirements were also carried out at the central office and at the enterprises of the KTZ group. Walk-throughs were carried out daily to check compliance with fire safety measures, safety regulations and labor protection on the floors of the KTZ administrative building where repair work was being carried out. Fire safety briefings on actions in case of fires were conducted with 127 employees of subcontractor organizations. The serviceability of powder fire extinguishers (OP-5), the completeness of fire shields, as well as the presence of fire stations during fire and welding work were checked. Sudden fire extinguishing exercises were carried out.
