KTZ Express introduces new digital services



KTZ Express JSC continues to work intensively on the implementation of digital services. Pre-design work on the Single Digital Window project is at the final stage. It provides for the integration of sales channels to ensure seamless and continuous communication between clients and all subsidiaries of NC KTZ JSC.

For several years, KTZ Express has been implementing digital solutions aimed at increasing efficiency and optimizing business processes with an emphasis on improving the quality of service and increasing customer satisfaction.

The company has implemented and successfully operates an IT ecosystem, which provides for the integration of all transportation processes. This, in turn, creates a transparent process for automating customer service.

In particular, to simplify the procedures for interacting with clients, the possibility of concluding contracts using digital signatures has been provided through the personal account, and WhatsApp and Telegram bot have been developed and implemented. Also, in an effort to achieve sustainable development, recognizing the importance of ESG principles, the company developed and posted a CO2 Calculator on the corporate website. It allows you to calculate the amount of CO2 emissions from transportation depending on the route.

At the International Digital Forum recently held in Almaty, the participation of KTZ Express provided an opportunity for specialists from different countries to become familiar with current issues in the development of digital solutions in the transport industry.

The meeting devoted to digital transformation and the creation of an integrated information system of the EAEU in terms of intercountry and transit transportation aroused increased interest.0
