KTZ conducts an audit of the train safety management system in its structures

Its purpose is to obtain evidence that the train safety management system is maintained in working order and is effective.

The audit considers issues of compliance with the requirements of instructions, rules, documentation in the implementation of established goals and objectives in the field of traffic safety. The event is aimed at an in-depth study of the causes of non-conformities with the development of proposals and recommendations for improving traffic safety and identifying areas of activity in which improvements can be made.

The audit in structural divisions is planned based on the results of inspections by the audit apparatus, violations committed, as well as data from the automated system "Traffic Safety Risk Analysis". The audit has already been conducted in regional and linear enterprises located within the boundaries of Zhambyl and Karaganda stations.
