KTZ calls for compliance with safety rules on the railway

On September 19, 2024, at 18:41, at the railway crossing of the access track of JSC "Transport Service Center", adjacent to the Burundai station of the Almaty region, the driver of a truck collided with a freight train by suddenly driving onto the tracks. There were no victims or injured.

The cause of the accident was the driver's failure to comply with the rules for driving through the crossing. In the near future, the status of this crossing will be transferred to the category of protected.

KTZ appeals to road users to comply with the rules of safe behavior on the railway.
