Kazlogistics summed up the results of 2023

The annual general meeting of the Union of Transport Workers of Kazakhstan “KAZLOGISTICS” was held in Astana. The meeting was attended by representatives of the Ministries of Transport, Trade and Integration, the Agency for the Protection and Development of

Competition, NC KTZ JSC, NCE RK Atameken, associations and business communities.

The results of the Union’s work for 2023 were summed up at the meeting. Last year, KAZLOGISTICS intensified its work within the working group to develop the “Program for Containerization of Cargo and Container Transportation.” An analysis of transport and logistics warehouses and temporary storage warehouses and work on the collection and centralization of statistical data in the field of transport and logistics were carried out. In 2023, 17 Memoranda of Cooperation were signed. Youth and sports events are organized.

At the meeting, reports were heard from the heads of working groups on modes of transport, as well as from TLK Media, which acts as the Union’s media partner. The acts of the Audit Commission, the budget and the Union Action Plan for 2024 were approved.

The Union of Transport Workers "KAZLOGISTICS" includes 66 active members, such as NC KTZ JSC, KTZ-Freight Transportation LLP, Kaztemirtrans JSC, KTZ-Express JSC, NC Aktau Sea Trade Port JSC, Air Astana JSC, Scat Airlines and others. The Union unites more than 570 companies in the transport and logistics industry, interacts with government agencies, NCE RK “Atameken”, associations, international organizations, and business structures.
