HR Hackathon to find effective ways to work with personnel

HR managers of the network and regional levels of KTZ-Freight Transportation LLP and representatives of the Main Network Directorate, Passenger Transportation JSC and Passenger Locomotives LLP took part in a two-day HR Hackathon to find effective ways to work with personnel "Uly sheshim - mumkindikter bastauy!" The event was opened by HR business partner of JSC NC KTZ Alma Saulebaeva and executive director of KTZ-Freight Transportation LLP Adilzhan Ismukhambetov. At the meeting, they discussed new trends in HR, ways to organize work with personnel.

The main objective of the event is to gain unique experience and improve the efficiency of HR employees to strengthen social stability in work collectives.
As the event organizers noted, working with personnel, responsibility for the moral climate in work teams, finding the right solutions to labor disputes, and implementing the Company's personnel policy require not only high professional competencies, but also great dedication, involvement, and love for their work.

HR Hackathon is a special atmosphere that allows you to apply knowledge to real-life problems, practice the skill of quickly assembling and creating new processes, and update old ones. It is also an opportunity to communicate with colleagues, contact immediate supervisors, find solutions to pressing issues, and experiment.

Hackathon became a platform for non-standard solutions; participants had the opportunity to use new technologies that they had not yet tested on their projects.

Upon completion of the event, the main symbol of the HR Hackathon was handed over to JSC Passenger Transportation.
