The daily exchange of freight trains between Kazakhstan and China has increased significantly

On April 20, an exchange of 38 trains took place at the border station of Kazakhstan and China - Dostyk. 20 trains were transferred to the PRC, 18 trains were received. The daily transfer of cargo in export-import communications amounted to over 59.7 thousand tons. Previously, train exchanges between Dostyk and Alashankou stations reached 26 trains per day.

The record was set thanks to the joint efforts of employees of the Chinese Railway, KTZ-Freight Transportation LLP, Dostyk station and specialists from the Almaty Regional Transportation Management Center.
