Comprehensive inspection of the operation of railway facilities at the Karaganda-Sortirovochnaya station

The management of KTZ conducted a comprehensive inspection of the operation of railway enterprises at the Karaganda-Sortirovochnaya station. The event was aimed at improving the level of train traffic safety and the efficiency of railway facilities, as well as ensuring readiness for emergency situations and possible accidents.

Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of KTZ Talgat Aldybergenov assessed the activities of key departments, including track sections, signaling and communications, power supply, as well as the recovery train of the Karaganda station.
As part of the working trip, he visited the Karaganda base of the MTS of the Karaganda branch of the main network and the car repair depot of Kamkor Wagon LLP.

Particular attention was paid to issues of ensuring traffic safety, working conditions of production personnel, labor protection, as well as providing workers with special clothing and footwear, first aid kits and other necessary means.

An important aspect of the inspection was the staffing level and readiness of the recovery train for prompt departure to carry out emergency recovery work and eliminate emergency situations.

In addition, as part of the inspection, a meeting was held with the heads of the Karaganda freight transportation departments and the main network with the participation of enterprises of the Karaganda-Sortirovochnaya junction.

The meeting discussed measures aimed at eliminating the risks of traffic safety violations, preventing injuries and ensuring social stability at the railway junction.
