This Sunday, the “Tugan elge sayakhat” project, dedicated to the 15th anniversary of Samruk-Kazyna JSC, ended. Over the course of three seasons, 600 children traveled 15,000 kilometers across the country on a tourist train and visited Baikonur, Burabay, Turkestan, Almaty, Alakol, Astana and Aktau.

Today, representatives of the Foundation met with 200 children, participants in the third season of the unique journey. In turn, the young travelers expressed sincere gratitude for the opportunity to get to know the beautiful corners of their homeland, its history, gain pleasure and new knowledge, and find new friends.

The project involved children who won an essay competition on the topic “I want to develop my region!” from different cities and regions of Kazakhstan: Astana and Akmola region (78), Almaty (71), Shymkent (81) and Mangistau (50), Northern Kazakhstan (10), Kostanay (32), Pavlodar (34), Karaganda (18) , Ulytau (12), Abay (10), Eastern Kazakhstan (21), Zhetysu (13), Zhambyl (23), Kyzylorda (57), Atyrau (43), Western Kazakhstan (10), Aktobe (37), as well as children of employees of production enterprises of the Samruk-Kazyna JSC group of companies.

In her congratulatory speech on behalf of the General Partner of the project - the group of companies Samruk-Kazyna JSC, the head of the social projects development fund "Samruk-Kazyna Trust" Alfiya Adieva noted that much attention is paid to the support of children and the socio-economic development of the country in the company's charitable activities .

   “We had a great time on the road and in all the cities we stopped in - everything was great! Every day on the train we learned something new, played games with mentors, learned English and played drums. And in the regions interesting excursions and entertainment awaited us! It was the best vacation of my life!” Orazkhan Muratbek from Shymkent shared his thoughts.

In each of the three seasons of the tourist train, 18 specialists worked (teachers, psychologist, animators, medical workers).

The project was implemented on behalf of the Samruk-Kazyna JSC group of companies through a single operator of charitable activities “Samruk-Kazyna Trust” and the Social Projects Fund organization.
