The Bilim Express Development school visited Zheleznogorsk and Borovoye stations

As part of the work of the Bilim Express mobile development school, internal KTZ trainers conducted a series of trainings on the development of personal and business qualities for line workers at Zheleznogorsk and Kurort Borovoye stations. The trainings are aimed at developing leadership skills, emotional intelligence and other important qualities necessary for successful work in the modern business world.

The trainings used interactive teaching methods such as role-playing games, group discussions and self-reflection exercises. Participants were given the opportunity to assess their strengths and weaknesses, as well as develop development plans for further improvement.

The trainings received positive feedback from participants, who noted their practicality and relevance.

In addition, line worker managers noted an improvement in teamwork, productivity and overall morale among employees who completed the trainings.
