Additional trains will increase traffic to end the winter holidays

In order to ensure timely delivery of passengers, the National Carrier assigns 76 additional trailer cars on January 5 and 8, 2024, providing three branches of Passenger Transportation JSC.

56 cars will be added to the Severny branch, 13 cars to the Yuzhny branch, and 7 cars to the Zapadny branch.
Also, on January 5 and 7 of this year, two additional trains are scheduled:

- On January 5 and 7, electric train No. 6811 “Nur-Sultan 1-Borovoye Resort” will depart to Borovoe Resort at 10:10 a.m., arriving at 13:20 p.m. Train No. 6812 “Borovoye Resort-Nur-Sultan 1” will depart back from Borovoye. at 14:48 and will arrive in Astana at 17:54.
- On January 5, electric train No. 7510 “Nur-Sultan 1 - Pavlodar” will depart from Astana to Pavlodar at 16:45, arriving at 23:20. Back on January 7, electric train No. 7509 “Pavlodar-Nur-Sultan 1” will depart from Pavlodar to 11:57 and will arrive in Astana at 18:49.

Ticket sales for additional commuter trains are open. Tickets can be purchased on the website ticket.railways.kz and at ticket offices.

Considering the possible sharp increase in passenger traffic at stations and trains, Passenger Transportation JSC recommends that citizens plan their trips taking into account weather conditions and asks them to be understanding of the measures taken to ensure the safety of passengers.
