About the situation regarding the movement of passenger trains

December 30 this year in Akmola, Zhambyl, Zhetysu, Karaganda, Kostanay, Pavlodar, North Kazakhstan, Turkestan and Ulytau regions, unfavorable weather conditions remain due to strong winds and snowfall.
In this regard, Passenger Transportation JSC notifies as of 14:30 Astana time about delays of the following passenger trains:
- No. 58 “Uralsk-Astana” for 1 hour 50 minutes;
- No. 328 Karaganda-Kostanay for 2 hours 30 minutes;
- No. 118 Kyzylorda-Pavlodar for 1 hour 35 minutes;
- No. 76 Petropavlovsk-Kyzylorda for 3 hours;
- No. 46 Turkestan-Pavlodar for 2 hours 45 minutes;
- No. 122 Astana-Semey for 2 hours 20 minutes;
- No. 55 Kokshetau-Kyzylorda for 1 hour;
- No. 47 Astana-Atyrau for 1 hour 30 minutes.
During adverse weather conditions, rail transport remains the only available alternative for transporting passengers, as road and air traffic are temporarily suspended.
Passengers can request information on delays and cancellations of passenger trains by calling the toll-free number “1433” and the Telegram bot “KTZH_PP_BOT”.
The national carrier apologizes for the inconvenience caused.
