A women’s club “Railway Ladies Club” has been created in KTZ

The main mission of the women's club is to unite representatives of the fair sex working on the railway in different regions of the country. Women's networking is not just an additional channel of communication, but a powerful resource for personal and professional development.

The creation of a women's club is provided for in the Roadmap for improving the ESG rating as part of the Action Plan to establish gender balance in the company.
