180 modular buildings will be installed for railway workers in 2024

KTZ continues to work to improve working conditions. In 2023, 132 modular buildings were purchased for the recreation of railway workers performing work in remote areas.

They provide comfortable living conditions in production for railway, communications and power supply workers. All necessary utilities are connected to the houses. They are equipped with showers, household appliances, furniture, dishes, etc. Fully equipped, turnkey modular buildings are assembled in the workshops of a domestic manufacturer.

By the end of 2024, it is planned to install 180 such modular buildings at remote stations and sidings. Currently, the most labor-intensive work in the construction of such houses is being carried out - laying the foundation. The foundation has already been prepared for the installation of 20 modular buildings at the stations of Sarykum, Krushdalasy, Sholdala, Kurkureusu, Akpan, Kurgasyn, Kyzylsay, Darbaza, Zhylga, No. 16, 15, 18, 19, 236, 142 crossings and etc.
