The сapital Locomotive Depot team won the "Safety Experts" competition

The results of the "Safety Experts" intellectual competition have been announced in Astana. The competition tested participants' knowledge of key regulatory documents related to train safety: the Rules for the Technical Operation of Railway Transport (RTO), the Instructions for Train Movement and Shunting Operations (IDP), and the Instructions for Railway Signaling (ISI). Twenty-four specialists from the Astana hub participated in the competition, grouped into six teams representing the power supply, signaling, and track departments, Astana station, and the locomotive and wagon depots.

The event, organized by the KTZ Traffic Safety Department, was held to enhance operational safety culture and develop a systematic approach to risk management in the transportation process.

The Astana Locomotive Depot team emerged victorious.

This was the first time the intellectual competition of professional excellence was held. Plans are underway to replicate it and hold it in all regions of the country.
