JSC NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy summarized the results of the Year of Blue-Collar Professions, declared by the Head of State. Throughout the year, the company implemented a series of measures aimed at enhancing the prestige of blue-collar professions, supporting the Working People, and improving the social well-being of employees.

In 2025, more than 80,000 company employees received awards of various levels, including 166 state awards. Among them were holders of the highest title, "Kazakhstannyn Enbek Eri," and 65 were awarded the prestigious "Honorary Railwayman" badge.

Particular attention was paid to rewarding long-term conscientious work. More than 77,000 employees were awarded distinctions for 10, 20, and 30 years of impeccable service, with payments ranging from 100,000 to 300,000 tenge.

As part of the company's social policy, support measures in the healthcare sector were expanded. Approximately 90,000 workers are covered by voluntary health insurance. Limits on medications and dental services have been increased to 60,000 tenge, and family members can now be included in the insurance plan—up to three members, or up to four for workers with many children. More than 9,000 railway workers received spa treatment at health resorts in Kazakhstan.

Overall, the best representatives of blue-collar professions were awarded in Astana at the year-end ceremony, attended by State Counselor of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yerlan Karin.

A state awards ceremony for the best blue-collar workers was held during the forum. Winners of the national "Yenbek Zholy" competition were also awarded in three categories: "Best Labor Dynasty,"

"Best Mentor of Working Youth," and "Best Young Production Worker." The event also honored the winners of the "Erlik pen enbek dastany" (The Year of the Year) competition, as well as participants in the "Zhumysshy zhastar amanaty" (Young Workers' Resources) project, which aims to support and develop the potential of working youth.

Railway workers were also recognized. For example, a family of railway workers with a combined 205 years of service—the Musabekov family (a branch of KTZ-Freight Transportation LLC, Zhanarkinsky Locomotive Depot)—was recognized.
