23-12-2025
An extended seminar was held at the Main Computing Center (MCC) branch of JSC NC KTZ to review the results of 2025 and discuss development prospects for the coming year. Employees from the MCC's regional divisions participated in the meeting.
The MCC, which employs over 850 specialists, provides software and technology support for KTZ's information systems, automated control systems, and workstations.
The MCC serves as the base for JSC NC KTZ's unified contact center (hotline: 1453), which receives and registers requests from users of the company's information systems. A self-service system based on the GLPI (Open Source Software) platform has been implemented. Over the first 11 months of 2025, the system recorded over 270,000 requests, and approximately 22,000 registered users.
In 2025, the Main Computer Center began implementing the Documentolog electronic document management system, which will improve operational efficiency by automating processes, reducing manual labor, and lowering operating costs. At the same time, efforts are underway to connect the company's facilities to the "Last Mile" project, which aims to reduce operating costs, improve the quality of services, and develop the competencies of IT staff.
During the meeting, participants were introduced to the server rooms, visited the innovation hall, the single digital window, and the Central Museum of Railway Transport.
