Service areas are provided for the provision of services to passengers and visitors:
- Ticket offices (the total number of ticket offices is 20, of which 10 ticket offices are located on the 4th floor of the station complex. Out of 20, 3 ticket offices are specialized for wheelchair users). The operation of ticket offices is regulated by an electronic queue system.
And also an alternative type of ticket sale is provided at the station complex – automated self-service ticket offices in the amount of 8 pieces are installed on the 4th and 1st floors.
- Waiting rooms (there are a total of 10 waiting rooms in the station complex, of which 6 are waiting rooms (2 on the 4th floor, 2 on the 5th floor, 2 on the 1st floor), 2 are arrival halls (1st floor), 2 waiting rooms for MGN).
- Reference offices (total reference offices - 3 on the 1st, 4th floors)
- Automatic hand luggage storage (there are 5 storage areas in total, of which 2 zones on the 1st floor, 2 zones on the 4th floor, 1 zone on the 6th floor. Total number of cameras 416);
- Rooms for short-term stay of mother and child (total number - 4, 2 of them on the 4th floor, 2 on the 5th floor), equipped with changing tables, armchairs, mirror, sinks, urns;
- Sanitary units that meet all sanitary requirements (total number of san.nodes in public areas - 15, in all nodes there are separate toilets specialized for disabled people moving in a wheelchair equipped with emergency call buttons);
- Shopping boutiques and catering areas (supermarkets on the 4th floor, shopping boutiques for children's toys, gadgets, souvenirs, cosmetics, newspapers and magazines, household goods, bookcases, ATMs and terminals. The 5th floor consists of a food court, a fast food cafe).
- Hotels. Capsule hotel (on the 6th floor) - divided into two zones – male and female, it consists of ten single rooms. Capsules are located next to each other in two tiers, privacy is provided by ABS plastic, which has passed all relevant quality standards and does not pose a danger to the health of visitors. The total area of the room is 3 square meters. Width – 1.3 meters, length – 2.26 meters. All rooms are equipped with a ventilation and climate control system, a backlight, the brightness of which can be adjusted depending on the mood, a Smart TV with a wide range of channels, two USB slots, high-speed Internet, in addition, safes are provided for the safety of visitors' property. The hotel also has a fire extinguishing system and video surveillance.
Also, on the 6th floor there is another hotel (room) with 5 rooms, in each room the number of seats is two or four, with a bathroom and shower, with an internal telephone connection, a list of services provided, fire instructions, and other information for the consumer in the state, Russian and English languages. Each room is equipped with fire-fighting equipment in accordance with fire safety standards in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and plans and schemes for evacuating people during an emergency should also be placed on the walls of the rooms within the framework.
Since October 10, 2020, a specialized PSC has been operating (the second in the capital). In the Special zone there are 23 workplaces for the re-registration of cars, 3 workplaces for the replacement of driver's licenses, as well as 1 workplace for wholesale and preferential windows. Additionally, there is a window for issuing information certificates from the database of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The center is equipped with new furniture and appliances. There is a parking area of 70 thousand square meters.
In order to increase the number of citizens reading in the city of Nur-Sultan, a public bookcase with QR codes was installed in the Nurly Zhol railway station as part of the Bolashaq Books project.
