The following service areas are provided for the provision of services to passengers and visitors at the Kyzylorda Railway Station:
Ticket offices. The total number of ticket offices is 3. Of these, 1 ticket office is specialized for wheelchair users.
Waiting rooms. There are only 2 waiting rooms at the station, which are located in a one-story building.
Reference. There are 1 reference bureaus in total.
Hand luggage storage. There are 1 storage rooms in total, which is located in a three–storey building.
The room for short-term stay of the mother and child (total number - 1, on the 3rd floor), is equipped with a changing table, an armchair, a mirror, an urn.
Sanitary units that meet all sanitary requirements. The total number of san.there are 4 nodes in public areas, two nodes have separate toilet rooms specialized for disabled people moving in a wheelchair, equipped with emergency call buttons.
Shopping boutiques and catering areas. At the station there are shopping boutiques of newspapers and magazines, food, household goods, ATMs and terminals.
The recreation room is located on the 3rd floor and consists of 5 rooms, each room has two or four beds. There are two san.shower cabins and shower cabins, with a list of services provided, fire instructions, and other information for the consumer in the state, Russian languages. Each room is equipped with fire-fighting equipment in accordance with fire safety standards in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and plans and schemes for evacuating people during an emergency are also posted on the doors.
In order to increase the number of reading citizens in the city of Kyzylorda, a public bookcase with QR codes has been installed at the station.
