Service areas are provided for the provision of services to passengers and visitors:
- Ticket offices (the total number of ticket offices is 4, of which 2 are private ticket offices,2 ticket offices of JSC "PP" are located on the 1st floor of the station. Of the 4x 1 ticket offices are specialized for disabled people who move in a wheelchair);
- Waiting rooms (on the 1st floor, the total number of seats is 384), there are 2 wheelchairs (1 stair lift);
-Parking spaces - for MGN -2 pcs.;
- Information desk (1 on the 1st floor);
- Hand luggage storage (on the ground floor);
- Waiting room for the disabled (total number - 1, on the 1st floor), equipped with a bed, sofa, bedside table 2 pcs., mirror, table, electric kettle, microwave, urns, call button;
- Room for short-term stay of mother and child (total number - 1, on the 2nd floor), equipped with a changing table, sofa, mirror, table, microwave oven, electric kettle, urns, cot, toys;
- Sanitary units (toilet) that meet all sanitary requirements (total number of san.nodes in common areas – 1 (on the 1st floor), on the 1st floor there is a separate toilet cubicle and a specialized toilet for wheelchair users, a toilet equipped with an emergency call button, handrails;
- Shopping boutiques and catering areas: on the 1st floor there is a catering center, a minimarket, payment terminals, gadgets, a haberdashery boutique, a vending machine (coffee), ATMs,. on the 2nd floor there is a barber shop;
- Hotel (on the 3rd floor) - in each room the number of seats is from one to four, with a bathroom and shower, with a list of services provided, fire instructions, and other information for the consumer in the state and Russian languages.
