The following service areas are provided for the provision of services to passengers and visitors at the Beineu Railway Station:
Ticket offices. There are 2 ticket offices at the railway station.
Reference. 1 information desk: information and information services are provided through the information desk directly at the personal request of passengers. An audio alert over a loudspeaker that notifies passengers about the arrival, departure and delays of passenger trains, about the rules of travel on railway transport, about the rules of behavior of passengers at the station and about the list of services provided.
Waiting room. There is only 1 waiting room with 28 seats at the station.
The following conditions are provided for the service of persons with disabilities and people with limited mobility at the Beineu Railway station:
wheelchair;
there are places for wheelchair users in the waiting room;
a wheelchair for persons with disabilities is provided free of charge;
a specialized induction panel for hearing-impaired passengers is installed in the information desk;
tactile mnemonic that allows the blind to obtain preliminary information about the studied space;
tactile track;
there is a call button to call the station staff to assist at the entrance to the station building;
pictograms;
ramps have been built in hard-to-reach places (from the side of the village and the platform);
the ticket office has been converted for people with disabilities;
there is a medical center;
a room for a short-term stay of a mother and child.
Shopping boutiques and catering areas:
ATMs and payment terminals are located at the station.
In order to strengthen measures to ensure the protection of the building and the territory of the station, as well as to prevent terrorist acts and ensure the safety of passengers, employees of the security unit and employees of the line department of internal Affairs (LOVD) are on duty at the Beineu station around the clock.
Also, to ensure security, the following is provided:
automatic fire safety system;
video surveillance system of the station building of the platform with the screen output to the control panel of the employees of the LOVD,
inspection equipment -1 (one) is installed from the platform side.
