To provide services to passengers and visitors at the Atyrau railway Station, the following service areas are provided.
Ticket offices: the total number of ticket offices is 12, which are located on the 1st floor of the station. Of these, 1 ticket office is specialized for wheelchair users. The operation of ticket offices is regulated by an electronic queue system.
An alternative type of ticket sale is also provided at the station: automated self-service ticket offices in the amount of 2 units are installed on the 1st floor.
Waiting rooms. There are only 2 waiting rooms at the station: 1 (one) on the 1st floor, 1 (one) on the 2nd floor. On the 2nd floor there is a room for a low-mobility group of the population (MGN).
The information desk is located on the 1st floor of the station.
A hand luggage storage room is located on the 1st floor of the station.
The room for short-term stay of the mother and child is located on the 3rd floor of the station building, equipped with a special table, chair, mirror, urns, wardrobe with a pedestal.
Sanitary units that meet all the sanitary requirements of the station (total number of 8 units (including 4 men, 4 women) are located in common areas on the 1st floor, there is a separate specialized sanitary unit for people with disabilities.
Shopping pavilions and catering areas. On the 2nd floor there is a dining room, on the 1st floor there are shopping pavilions, shops for the sale of food, a food court, a fast food cafe, a souvenir kiosk, newspapers and magazines, ATMs and terminals.
The hotel is located on the 2nd floor, which is divided into two zones - male and female, consists of nine rooms, two and three rooms. Sanitary unit in the amount of 4 units. (2 husbands, 2 wives. on the 2nd floor). All rooms are equipped with climate control, LED–lamp illumination, a fire extinguishing system and video surveillance are provided for the safety of visitors' property. Each room is equipped with fire-fighting equipment in accordance with the fire safety standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as plans and schemes for evacuating people during an emergency are placed on the walls of the premises.
