To provide services to passengers and visitors at the Aktobe railway station , the following service areas are provided:
Stationary hand luggage storage rooms: 2 storage areas located in the basement of the station.
Sanitary units: total number of san. node - 1, located in the basement of the station, meeting all sanitary requirements, is divided into two zones - male and female, each of which consists of separate 10 cabins, the total number of cabins is 20.
Ticket offices: 10 ticket offices, located on the 1st floor of the railway station. Ticket offices operate according to the rules of operation.
Reference: 1 information desk on the 1st floor: information and information services are provided through the information desk directly at the personal request of passengers. Visual notification is made by means of an electronic scoreboard of the passenger train schedule (1 unit), an information board (1 unit), a collective use scoreboard (2 units), reference and information stands. An audio alert over a loudspeaker that notifies passengers about the arrival, departure and delays of passenger trains, about the rules of travel on railway transport, about the rules of behavior of passengers at the station and about the list of services provided.
Waiting rooms: at the station there is only 1 waiting room on the 2nd floor, 39 seats, 1 cash waiting room on the 1st floor for 36 seats.
The following conditions are provided for the service of persons with disabilities and low-mobility groups of the population at the Aktobe railway station:
- the room for people with disabilities is located on the 1st floor, equipped with upholstered furniture, a table with chairs, a wheelchair, and also inside there is a toilet room specialized for the disabled;
- there are places for wheelchair users in the waiting rooms;
- a wheelchair for persons with disabilities is provided free of charge;
- a specialized induction panel for hearing-impaired passengers is installed in the information desk;
- tactile mnemonic that allows the blind to obtain preliminary information about the studied space;
- tactile track;
- there is a call button to call the station staff to assist at the entrance to the station building;
- pictograms;
- there is a parking place for disabled cars on the forecourt;
- ramps have been built in hard-to-reach places (from the side of the city and the platform, inside the station building);
- No. 1 ticket office located on the 1st floor has been converted for people with disabilities.
The medical center and pharmacy are located on the 1st floor of the station.
The electronic library is a banner (stand) depicting the works of the great poet A.Kunanbai and an individual QR code is printed on the spine of each edition, located on the 2nd floor of the station.
The rest rooms for transit passengers (CO) are located on the 3rd floor of the station with 10 rooms (the total number of seats is 40), in each room the number of seats is two-four-six seats. All rooms are equipped with beds with orthopedic mattresses, a table with chairs for eating, wardrobes, bedside tables, TVs, climate control. At the entrance to the recreation rooms there is a lounge with all amenities and a TV for visitors, a library, upholstered furniture. In the lobby there is a computer and free WI-FI Internet. There is a shower room, a laundry room with two washing machines and two clothes dryers, an ironing room and a toilet. In addition, a cabinet for storing personal belongings is provided in the office for the safety of visitors' property. The recreation room has a fire extinguishing system and video surveillance, is equipped with fire extinguishing equipment, and a plan-scheme of evacuation of people during an emergency is also placed on the walls of the recreation room.
Rooms for short-term stay of mother and child (total number - 1 room on the 3rd floor of the station inside the station) are equipped with a changing table, a bed, a table with chairs, a wardrobe, a cupboard for dishes, a bedside table, a TV, a mirror, toys, children's magazines.
Shopping boutiques and catering areas:
- there is a mobile phone repair kiosk in the basement;
- on the 1st floor there is a minimarket, a store for the sale of printed products and press, a store for the sale of haberdashery products, a store for the sale of perfumes, a coffee showcase, payment terminals, a vending machine, a store for the sale of accessories to cell phones, catering outlets, commercial premises for the sale of children's toys, advertising banners, an ATM;
- on the 2nd floor there are ATMs, vending machines, cafes, catering facilities, lottery terminals;
- there is a minimarket and a supermarket on the platform.
Tourist information terminal – in the amount of 1 unit. located on the 1st floor of the station, which contains information about the sights of the city, recreation areas, etc.
WI-FI Internet access - A wireless Internet point has been installed at the station to improve passenger service.
An electronic clock is installed in the station building on the 2nd floor, which shows the time, date, and air temperature.
In order to strengthen measures to ensure the protection of the building and the territory of the station, as well as to prevent terrorist acts and ensure the safety of passengers at the Aktobe railway station, employees of the security unit and employees of the linear Department of Internal Affairs (LVD) are on duty around the clock.
At the same time, to ensure security, the following is provided:
- automatic fire safety system;
- video surveillance system of the station platform building with the screen output to the control panel of the employees of the LOVD,
- inspection equipment installed — 3 (three) sets of inspection equipment, of which 2 (two) from the city and 1 (one) from the platform side.
A parking space is available on the forecourt (located in the introduction of local executive bodies).
