23.09.2025 - A public hearing will be held in Astana on the application of JSC NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy.

On October 24, 2025, at 3:00 PM, the Natural Monopolies Regulation Committee of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan announces a public hearing to consider the application of JSC NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy for approval of the tariff and tariff estimate for mainline railway network and access road services for 2026–2030.
The public hearing will be held at: Astana, Mangilik El Ave., Building 8, "House of Ministries" administrative building, Entrance 10, Office 439.
In addition, to ensure full participation of all stakeholders, the public hearing will be broadcast live on the ZOOM platform (conference ID: 946 0592 2142; access code: 119807, https://zoom.us/j/94605922142?pwd=6KBwRRnb0Ua9trM8ayLhXrawVjaDvq.1).

In order to maintain openness, transparency of activities, as well as to maintain a balance of interests with consumers, JSC National Company Kazakhstan Temir Zholy intends to hold a hearing in front of service consumers and other interested parties on activities on regulated services related to the sphere of natural monopoly for the first half of 2025.
This hearing will cover information on the main financial and economic indicators of activities, on the implementation of the approved investment program, on the volumes of provided regulated services, on the work carried out with service consumers, on the item-by-item implementation of the approved tariff estimate, on the prospects for activities and the quality of services provided.

JSC National Company Kazakhstan Temir Zholy is included in the republican section of the State Register for the following services:
- main railway network;
- access roads;
- for the transmission of electric power.
