• In 1992 he graduated from the Rostov Order of Friendship of Peoples Medical Institute with a degree in medical and preventive work, general organization of medical activities.
• In 2004 he graduated from the South Kazakhstan State University named after M. Auezov, chemical technology of oil, gas and coal.
• In 2018, graduated from the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation, Higher School of Corporate Management (DBA).

Experience:

• From 1993 to 1995 - General Manager, Price Waterhouse consulting company.
• From 1995 to 2004, he held executive positions in private companies.
• From 2005 to 2021, he held various senior positions in the system of NC KazMunayGas JSC.
• From April 2021 to the present - Сhief of staff of  "NC "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy" JSC. 

Has state and industry awards:

• Medal of the “Kazakhstan Association of Oil and Gas and Energy Complex Organizations “KAZENERGY” (2009).
• Medal "Kazakhstan Respublikasynyn Tauelsizdigine 20 zhyl" (20 years of independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan) - 2011.
