Experience:
 

Began his career in July 1982 as a locomotive driver assistant at the 10th locomotive depot in Ayagoz, Alma-Ata Railway.

From November 1982 to November 1985, served in the Navy as a commander of the diesel submarine electrical equipment division.

From 1985 to 1994, worked as a locomotive driver assistant and locomotive driver at the 10th locomotive depot in Ayagoz. In 1994–1995, served as a locomotive instructor for train crews.

Since December 1995, held managerial positions at the Char, Ayagoz operational depot, and Semey Railway.

From 2000, Head of the Ayagoz Operational Locomotive Depot; from 2002 to 2013, Director of the JSC “Locomotive” branch (“Ayagoz Operational Locomotive Depot”).

From 2013, worked at JSC “Locomotive” as Executive Director, Vice President, Acting President; in 2015–2016, served as President of the company.

From 2016 to 2018, Vice President for Rolling Stock, Technical Policy, and Operations at JSC “KTZ – Freight Transport”.

Since 2018, has been working at JSC “NC “KTZ”, progressing from Department Director to Managing Director and Deputy Chairman of the Management Board. Currently (since October 2025) — Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSC “NC “KTZ”.
