On May 20, 1992, he graduated from the Almaty Institute of Railway Transport Engineers with a degree in organization of transportation and management in railway transport;

On February 13, 2013, he was awarded a Master's degree of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation in the field of Economics;

On October 31, 2002, (minutes No. 18), he was awarded the academic degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences of the Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications.

 Experience:
 

1992–1998 — worked at the West Kazakhstan Railway: freight cashier, cargo and baggage receiver, deputy station master, senior road commercial auditor; 

1998-2007 —  Head of the Aktobe branch of the State Enterprise "Center for Corporate Transport Services" of the RSE JSC "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy", Director of the SE  "Kaztransservice ", Director of the Department of Transport Logistics of CJSC "Trading House "KazMunayGas"; 

2008-2019 —  President of JSC "Kedentransservice", General Director of LLP "AvtoGazAlmaty ", Chairman of the Management  Board of LLP " Kazakhmys Maker"; 

2024-2025 —  Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of "NC" Kazakhstan temir zholy " JSC.

Since 2025, July 3  —  Chairman of the Management Board of "NC" Kazakhstan temir zholy " JSC.
