JSC NC KTZ IN THE OTS
Within the framework of the OTG, regular meetings of the heads of railway administrations of the Organization of Turkic-speaking States have been established. The first Meeting was held on October 27, 2022 in Tashkent.
JSC NC KTZ participated in the development of a draft agreement on international combined cargo transportation between the governments of the member states of the Organization of Turkic States.
Within the framework of the 6th Meeting of the Ministers of Transport of the Organization of Turkic States (October 28, 2022, Tashkent), the Program of Transport Connectivity of the Organization of Turkic States was agreed.
Within the framework of the current Meetings of the Ministers of Transport and the Working Group on Transport Development, work is underway to create conditions for the development of Trans-Caspian transportation, information is exchanged on ongoing state programs in the field of transport, infrastructure projects, measures taken to simplify administrative procedures for transit transportation.
The issues of cooperation between the ports of the member states of the Organization of the Turkic Council are discussed, including the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding signed in 2013 on the relations between twin ports and cooperation between the ports of the member states of the Turkic Council, the participants of which are the Kazakh ports of Aktau and Kuryk.
The memorandum is aimed at the coordinated development of port infrastructure, conducting general marketing research, creating advantages of doing business between twin seaports, etc.
